Clear terms for real hardware.

These terms cover the Kova Clicker hardware, the Kova Viewer application and the Kova panel (together, "Kova"). If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to bind it. You must be at least 16 years old, and old enough to enter a contract where you live.

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude taxes and duties, which are added at checkout or collected on import. Payment is processed by Stripe. An order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation; until then we may decline it and refund you in full, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error.

We ship from the United States. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery by the carrier. Tell us within 14 days if a shipment arrives damaged or never arrives and we will replace it or refund you.

You may return an unmodified Clicker within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Start a return by emailing support@kovaclicker.com for a return address; we recommend a tracked service. Return shipping is yours unless the item was faulty or wrongly sent, in which case we cover it. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days of receipt.

Consumers in the EU and UK keep their statutory 14-day right to cancel, which runs alongside this policy and is not reduced by it.

We warrant the Clicker against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from delivery. If it fails in normal use within that period, we will repair it, replace it, or refund it, at our option, once you return it with proof of purchase. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, opened or modified units, normal cosmetic wear, or faults caused by incompatible accessories.

Kova is for lawful use on devices and accounts you own or have been expressly authorised to operate. You may not use Kova for unauthorised access, hidden recording, surveillance of another person, platform abuse, spam, deceptive engagement, automated account farming, circumvention of technical protections, or evasion of platform enforcement. You are responsible for complying with applicable law and with the terms of the phone manufacturer, app publishers and any service you operate. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks this section.

Keep your panel credentials and Device IDs confidential; activity under your account is your responsibility. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You may close your account at any time, and we may close it on 30 days' notice, or immediately for a serious breach of these terms.

Kova relays standard USB input from your computer to a phone you own, and relays video only while you start a broadcast yourself. Apps that block screen capture will remain black. Performance depends on your device, operating system version, adapter, network and browser, and may vary.

We aim to keep the panel available but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change, pause or retire features, and we will give reasonable notice of a change that materially reduces what you paid for. We are not responsible for third-party changes to phone software, adapters, networks or browsers.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Kova Viewer and the panel with your own hardware. You may not copy, resell, rent, reverse engineer or redistribute our software or firmware except where the law expressly allows it. All intellectual property in Kova remains ours.

Kova Technologies LLC is an independent company and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any phone manufacturer. Product and service names belong to their respective owners, and compatibility does not imply endorsement.

Beyond the limited warranty and any rights the law gives you that cannot be waived, Kova is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude liability for lost profits, lost data, or indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service giving rise to it. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

You agree to cover our reasonable losses and legal costs arising from your use of Kova in breach of the acceptable use section or of applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules, and the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming have jurisdiction. Consumers keep the protections and forums of their home country where the law requires. Before filing anything, please email support@kovaclicker.com so we can try to resolve it.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version and material changes are emailed to account holders before they take effect.
